ambrosia (milk and orange)

In this life the first thing we ever tasted was milk. We are mammals. Breast creatures. 

Now that this mother's distilled is gone, we will turno to a foster mother, the cow. But no cows can be found in the city, and mass production milk by itself is incapable of becoming an immortal drink.  

Thus we procede to invest it with the fragrance and sweetness of the orange, carefully, while it fills up with soft air bubbles, transforming itself into a lightness not very well known to all mortals.

You need:


1/2 liter of cold whole milk 

the juice from one cold orange

optional sweetener: sugar, brown sugar, honey, etc.

blender or a constant and strong arm

 

¿How is it done?

1. Pour the milk inside the blender and let it shake for 20 seconds. 

2. If you'd like to add some sweetener lt it be in a blow. Let it keep shaking for 20 more seconds.

3. Through the lid's hole pour the orange juice with the help of a spoon. 
Each spoonful should take between 7 and 10 seconds to be poured.
Wait for 10 seconds between each spoonful.

4. Once you've finished pouring, serve immediately in an abundant glass.

5. Drink the ambrosia calmly and in reasonable quantities.
